La Fragata Beach is once again turning into an outdoor cinema on Wednesday 9, 16, 23 and 30 July for screenings of the films Volveréis [The Other Way Around], Flow, L’edat imminent [The Imminent Age] and Salvatges [Savages], respectively.  

For the fourth year in a row, the Sitges City Council is organising this series called ‘Free Cinema on the Beach’, which combines the magic of independent and auteur films with a peerless seaside setting. The programming this year includes two animated films for the second year in a row: Flow and Salvatges [Savages].

This year, two short films will be shown before each feature. These films were chosen as part of the Festival Filmets and the Nou Talent call for submissions, and they will showcase students from film schools in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands. The four evenings of films will begin at 9.30 pm (approximately). They are free of charge, and no reservation is needed.
